Harrowgate Group self-performs the field construction across the GTA and Ontario under the owner's Qualified Person and remedial design, with excavation, water control, treatment support, tracking, backfill, and restoration managed together.The work plan converts environmental reports and risk-management measures into surveyed treatment areas, excavation cells, shoring, dewatering, stockpiles, truck routes, treatment pads, liners, caps, barriers, monitoring protection, confirmation sampling access, and final grades.
